Welcome to Wizard Accounting & Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Wizard Accounting & Consulting LLC provides bookkeeping and controller support services on a monthly subscription basis. Services are customized to each client but generally include financial reporting, account reconciliation, and operational financial support.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.
2. No CPA, Legal, or Tax Advisory Services
We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audits, attest services, or formal financial opinions.
All services are provided for informational and operational support purposes only. We do not provide legal advice or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting with licensed professionals for those services.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely feedback on items requested
Maintain access to necessary systems (e.g., accounting software)
Review deliverables and reports in a timely manner
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.
4. Billing & Payment
Services are billed monthly on a subscription basis
Payments are drafted automatically using billing information on file provided by you
All payments are non-refundable
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Termination
By Client:
You may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
By Company:
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, including but not limited to:
Non-payment
Misalignment with our service model or client profile
Failure to provide required information for 6+ months
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Wizard Accounting & Consulting LLC—including templates, financial models, schedules, processes, and documentation—remain the sole property of the Company.
No license or ownership rights are transferred to you unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party software (e.g., accounting platforms, payment processors).
We are not responsible for:
System outages
Data loss caused by third-party platforms
Errors originating from third-party tools
Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Data & Privacy
We may access financial data stored within systems you provide (e.g., accounting software) solely for the purpose of delivering services.
We do not independently collect or store sensitive financial data outside of those systems unless necessary to perform services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
Financial outcomes
Business performance
Accuracy beyond the information provided to us
You acknowledge that financial decisions based on our work are made at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizard Accounting & Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizard Accounting & Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of our services
Your business decisions
Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through standard dispute resolution processes, which may include arbitration or court proceedings, as applicable.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
